FOOD PANTRY REGISTRATION:
To register with the Care Share Food Pantry, please bring two forms of valid ID, indicating the same address in San Jacinto County, Texas, and Proof of household income.
Examples of valid IDs include:
- Picture ID such as a valid Texas Driver's License or other photo ID (examples include a Senior ID, or Student or Military ID).
- Utility bills (gas, electric, or water), bank or medical statements, car registration, or any other mail received from the US Government with a current date and address
Any legal resident of San Jacinto County, who meet the TEXCAP income guidelines, is eligible to pick-up emergency food products once each month.
Register your home to receive food, by presenting your picture ID, utility bill with physical address, and your household income. Each client must re-register each year in January.
No one is denied food based on race, color, sex, age, disability, religion, political belief, or national origin.
Once registered, clients sign in at greeter’s desk to receive monthly food. A volunteer will bring a grocery basket with your food in it to the front after your name has been verified.
